Terry A. Smith, CKD, CBD
Certified Kitchen Designer
Certified Bath Designer
Terry's lifelong interest in design and cooking is the perfect formula for an innovative kitchen and bath designer. The son of a contractor, Terry has been around construction sites his entire life, and has been designing kitchens and baths professionally for over thirteen years.
He is a Certified Kitchen Designer (CKD) and Certified Bath Designer (CBD) accredited with the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA). He is an active member of the NKBA, and is currently on the Executive Committee of the San Diego Chapter as Vice President of Membership. He has served the NKBA in various Board positions and committees in the past.
Terry has worked on many award-winning projects. His designs include homes and commercial spaces throughout the United States. Besides Kitchen and Baths, Terry's design expertise includes dens and home offices, home theater and entertainment centers, fireplaces and surrounds, laundry rooms and hobby centers. Terry has also realized his dream of designing and building a custom home.
Terry is the proud dad of Arianne and Deen and grandpa to Cameron.
Sherrié Pantalon, CKD, Allied Member ASID

Sherrié Pantalon has been in the design industry for 11 years and has focused on Kitchen and Bath design for 5 years. She is a board member of the San Diego Chapter of the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA), serving in 2008 as the Vice President of Professional Development. In that role, she mentors and develops new designers in the Kitchen and Bath Industry.
Sherrié is also an Allied Member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID). She has passed NKBA exam for Associate Kitchen and Bath Designer (AKBD), has her Certified Kitchen Designer (CKD) designation and is in the process of becoming a Certified Bath Designer (CBD).
Ms Pantalon has designed Kitchen and Baths for more than 300 homes in San Diego County as well as 50 home remodel designs in San Jose, CA. In addition to Kitchen and Bath designs, she has done space planning and office layouts for offices in Burlingame, CA, cabinetry design for Wells Fargo Bank in San Francisco, CA and renovation of the auditorium and bathrooms for the Human Society in San Mateo, CA.
Her educational accomplishments include a B.S. Interior Design, A.S. Management and Supervision and a Professional Certificate in Project Management. Sherrié’s combined formal education and work experience make her well qualified to design your Kitchen or Bath Project and see the project through.

Francoise Malhotra
She started residential design during her 12 year stay in India, where all projects are consumer driven, designing an entire apartment from the concrete out.
From that beginning, Francoise went on to design kitchens, baths, vacation houses, and furniture. In addition she designed clothing as owner of a dress design business.
Francoise has been working in the Kitchen and Bath industry since her return from India in the late 1990's.

Kennedy Melody
"A Heart Specialist"
Kennedy has designed, project managed, built and completed hundreds of kitchens, and baths throughout San Diego County in his thirty years of remodeling experience.
His construction experience began as a carpenter's assistant, working to frame new homes. From there Kennedy learned plumbing and electrical trades at a local adult education program. He began his designing and remodeling career with his father, a real estate broker, specializing in renovating single-family homes.
Kennedy is a General Contractor in the State of California specializing in kitchen and baths. He has the ability to foresee potential issues or concerns and find solutions in a timely manner.
